My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. While the location was decent and the room was comfortable, the check-in experience left a lot to be desired due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception manager. It was disappointing how I was treated, which overshadowed some of the positives of the hotel.

My stay was overshadowed by an unpleasant experience at check-in with the reception manager, who was quite rude and dismissive. While the hotel location was near the beach and had spacious rooms, the customer service left much to be desired, making the overall experience frustrating.
